At The Movie Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema setup. If your electronics are not performing as expected, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Equipment

  Pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all remote controls, cables, manuals, and protective styrofoam to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
